This circle of light meditation is focused on the mind body spirit connection. The circle is a spiritual concept for a gathering. This circle of light is heart centred.

Mind body spirit connection is how we generate the ability to connect into our energy self. This allows us to access more of our energy flow. The more energy flow we have enables us to be more dynamic, more flexible and at these elementary levels, to hold more strength.

Learning to concentrate is a key component to meditation. This is a skill which requires practice. Over time, you can learn the fundamentals to holding meditative state. Concentration comes from the chakras. This is the energy that holds the part of the mind that slows things down. 

Listening is a fundamental prerequisite to meditation. Deep listening comes from spiritual practice. How we listen to the body is a great strength to how we can be more positive, more in line with life's flow and how we can learn to cope with life's challenges. 

The peace circle is a gathering for peace. If peace calls to you, you may hear it in your heart. You may feel compelled, enlightened, perhaps a glow in the heart. These are the signs the heart emits for you to recognise a pathway that leads to peace.

Peace is a calling. It is a deep space within. In this guided meditation you will learn how to reach an understanding of the calling of the heart. 

The meditation begins with mind body spirit connection. This is a gentle reminder that all peace comes from peace within. How we hold a peaceful body is part of the peace within.

To sit in the peace circle is to alight the light within. You will learn how to radiate the heart, how to protect the heart and how to honour the peace you wish to show to the world.

This is your journey to peace.

The Earth Circle is a spiritual fellowship where we create a safe space of meditation with the pink ray. Connection with the earth provides a deep sense of connection within. 

The pink ray is a higher spiritual light of the heavenly realms. Its healing abilities are profound. It enables, it reaches, it always tries to find a pathway of light.

As we send our loving energy to the earth, deep states of resonances operate from within the divine heart. As we access these resonances we achieve a higher spiritual space where love can flow.

Chamuel is one of seven spiritual rays of light which work with the Earth. In this Chamuel guided workshop you will learn to work with the 5D frequency of the pink ray. 

You will learn to meditate in high frequency fields of divine love, hone your ability to hold meditative state and improve the busy mind set that hampers the silent mind.

You will learn about advanced states of heart listening, the heart to eye connection and inner  visioning. You will have the opportunity to share the insights of the deeper heart and your experiences of heart awakening.  

Chamuel shows its ascended light in its spiritual nature. I will take you through a guided meditation where you will have the opportunity to learn to meditate with your spiritual nature in a practice that links to your essential nature. These are states of deep consciousness of an awakened heart.

You will have the unique opportunity to work with a Chamuel crystal grid and send healing out to the Earth.

This is a call to all light workers who wish to work with Gaia in this time of great change. You will be a co-creator with other Earth workers who wish to serve the Earth. 

You will be working with the divine mother aspect of Gaia. You will learn how to send Chamuel's divine love frequency to the Earth and take part in a crystal grid meditation.
